Q: What shipping options are available?

We offer free Fedex ground shipping nationwide within the continental US! For an additional charge, customers may also select an express option.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, as of July 2023 we are now shipping to all EU countries and Australia; we are additionally shipping to the UK, Norway, Iceland and Switzerland. Orders can be placed normally on our website. We offer both Fedex international priority and Fedex international economy shipping options. If shipping options do not appear during the checkout process, please contact at us via email at sales@noramstore.com.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, but you’ll need to call us or email us to place an order. In order to ship to Alaska or Hawaii we need to spot quote the shipping and additional shipping charges may apply.

Q: I’m ordering a large item and the shipping cost is stuck at one price, there’s no free shipping or additional options. What’s going on?

This is likely because the item you ordered is too large to ship via UPS and must ship via freight truck. All freight shipments are a standard price regardless of destination.

Q: What could cause a delay in shipping?

The number one reason for a delay is because we’re out of stock on the item. While we do stock most of the items listed on our site, occasionally some of the more obscure items are out of stock. This is frequently the case with quarter panels, for example. Our build time/stock time on out of stock items is generally 2-4 weeks. If your order hasn’t shipped in 1-3 business day, then we’re likely out of stock, but we’re filling the order as fast as we can!

Q: What is your return policy?

The return policy is largely contingent on the reason for the return.

  • We do not accept returns, unless the incorrect item is shipped. Please notify us within 10 days of receipt if the incorrect item is shipped and we will remedy the issue.
  • Items that were incorrectly ordered by the customer must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense. So please review your orders before placing them.
  • Items that are damaged in shipping may be eligible for a replacement only if the item is significantly damaged. We will not ship replacements if the damage is fixable or minor. This is up to our discretion. Items that ship via truck freight must be refused upon delivery if they are damaged. If the delivery receipt is signed, a return will be not accepted under any circumstances, regardless of the condition of the items.
