Basic Shipping: For shipping in the USA we use UPS Ground for small to medium shipments and UPS truck freight for large shipments. Our system is set up to quote live shipping rates from UPS; you only pay the actual shipping cost. All UPS truck freight orders are setup with a flat rate price of $220.00 each shipment.

Return Authorization: You may return any order within 30 day of the original shipment date, at your own expense. Once we have received the parts back in undamaged original condition we will refund the cost of the parts only. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost. All refunds will be the cost of the parts only, all shipping costs will be deducted.

Damage Claims: Once our product has shipped the customer is now responsible if the order is received damaged. It is the least expensive way to handle damage claims. UPS may need to see the damaged part(s). Returning the damaged part(s) to us adds more unnecessary shipping cost. We will assist you in any way we can with the damage claim process, but in order to get your money back the customer is responsible for all damage claims. We will do everything we can to assist you in helping you get your money back.
